    Is my image uploaded anywhere when I convert it?

    No. Conversion happens locally using the Canvas API in your browser. The image never leaves your device.

    Which conversions are supported?

    Any combination between JPG, PNG and WEBP. Upload one format and export it as another.

    Will converting to JPG lose transparency?

    Yes. JPG doesn't support transparency, so any transparent areas are filled with white. Use PNG or WEBP if you need to keep transparency.

    Is WEBP supported by all browsers?

    WEBP export depends on the visitor's own browser supporting Canvas WEBP encoding, which all modern browsers do — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari 14+.
