What Word features are preserved?

Paragraphs, headings, bold/italic text, bullet and numbered lists, and simple tables convert well. Complex layouts like multi-column sections, text boxes, headers/footers and embedded objects may not carry over exactly.

Will the PDF text be selectable?

No — like the HTML to PDF tool, this renders the document as a high-quality image inside the PDF, so the visual layout matches closely but text isn't selectable or searchable.

Does this work with .doc (older Word format)?

No, only the modern .docx format is supported. If you have an older .doc file, open and re-save it as .docx in Word or Google Docs first.
